Over the past month or two, i've used the programs Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Premiere. After using them, I can tell you the difference between them: it's in the name. Adobe After Effects is used to put effects after a project is done. Adobe Animate is used to animate a project. Adobe Premiere isn't really summarized by the name, but I can tell you what it does. It's main purpose is to be used as video editing software. There are places where they overlap each other, like Adobe After Effects can be used to move stuff like pictures and text around the screen so it can look like an animation. It can also be used to turn images into frames so that they could be used as a video. A lot of the overlap comes from Adobe After Effects.
